If you are planning on taking your vehicle to a non certified shop or if the insurance company is forcing you to go to their preferred shop, make sure to have the shop sign this agreement for you. This declares that they will fix your vehicle with the right tooling and to the pre loss standards. If they can’t promise you this, they likely can’t fix the vehicle properly.
